Three ways to help bring the next guest to campus.
Everything here is run by students with full course loads. The more hands, the better the evening.

Outreach, moderating, logistics, design, photography, translation. Pick one, learn the rest.
AnyoneNominate a guest
Tell us who, and why a room of students should hear them. An introduction is gold, but not required.
Faculty, alumni, organizationsPartner or host
Co-host a conversation, offer a venue, cover the tea, or open your lab to students afterwards.
Nominate a guest
We read every nomination. The ones that come with a reason and a way to reach the person move fastest.
Join the task force
Open to any Stanford student, undergraduate or graduate. Most roles take two or three hours a week in the month before a conversation, and almost nothing in between.
Partner or host
The easiest partnership is an introduction to a guest. After that: a venue that seats a hundred and fifty, a lab or studio visit for students after a talk, help with travel, or simply the tea and shirini for one evening.
A few rules keep us within Stanford’s guidelines for student organizations. Sponsors are thanked, not promoted: no pitches from the stage and no selling in the room. We cannot offer recruiting access or attendee lists. And guests are hosted by students, not by the University.
Write to psa-admin@lists.stanford.edu with a line about what you have in mind, and someone from the task force will reply within a week.
